³ΤΉΟΙη Brothers, Inc. California Transparency Act Statement
The California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010 (the βActβ) requires that certain retail sellers
and manufacturers doing business in California disclose on their websites whether and to what extent
the company:
- Engages in verifications of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery.
- Conducts audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains.
- Requires direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into the product comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business.
- Maintains internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or con tractors failing to meet company standards regarding slavery and trafficking.
- Provides company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

commitment to legal compliance and ethical practices in all our business operations. We expect the
same from all business partners and suppliers. ³ΤΉΟΙη obeys all relevant laws, rules, and
regulations, including those concerning employment, labor, wages and hours, discrimination, health
and safety, immigration, and the environment. ³ΤΉΟΙη does not condone or use child labor, slavery,
forced labor, or human trafficking in any of our operations.
